Year 2000 Clock will show you exactly how much time is left till the year 2000. In the options menu you can set the current date and time, and select whether you want the clock to be "Always on top". This program is written for Windows 95/98 and Windows NT4.0.
SET THE CURRENT DATE AND TIME
When you select "Set Date and Time" in the options menu the standard windows "Date/Time Properties" will be displayed. This is a program that comes with the Windows 95/98 Windows NT4.0 operating system.
If you want to get the most accurate time possible you can call (303) 499-7111. This is an atomic clock. NOTE: This clock will tell you the time in Coordinated Universal Time (CUT) format. You can also go to:

ALWAYS ON TOP
If this option is selected the Year 2000 Clock will always be on top of every other window on your screen.
